Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide accurate delivery instructions.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, please contact us to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
